Lacey-based Econet pays $12M for Belltown building

Journal Staff Reporter

Lacey-based Econet Inc., a holding company for firms that make natural products, yesterday paid nearly $11.8 million for a building at 3005 First Ave. in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, public records show.

Dendreon now occupies office and laboratory space in the building.
