Smith sells Reedo Building, plans to start buying more

    The Reedo Building in Pioneer Square sold for $14.5 million, nearly $279 per square foot.

    Urban Visions sold a rehabbed, 106-year-old Seattle building for $14.5 million to a Vancouver, B.C., partnership on Monday.
