Vancouver pays $18.5M for a building to house its city hall

The six-story, 118,500-square-foot building was the headquarters of Columbian Publishing.

The city of Vancouver has purchased the former headquarters of Columbian Publishing Co. at 415 W. Sixth St. for $18.5 million and plans to starting moving city offices and a number of city departments into the LEED gold building this fall.
