Horton buys lots, houses in Kenmore

By JOURNAL STAFF

KENMORE — Home builder D.R. Horton purchased 53 lots and three houses in Kenmore from Harbour Homes for just over $8.35 million last week, public records show.

The average price for each lot, as well as the houses, equals just under $149,200.
