Seattle senior housing company finding work in Mexico and India

One Eighty and Aamoksh Leisure and Living are working on their first retirement resort in southern India. One Eighty officials expect demand for senior housing to grow in India.

When the leaders of One Eighty, a Seattle senior care and hospitality company, were looking for an assistant earlier this year, they hired someone who is fluent in Spanish.
