Artspace, Sound Transit negotiate the sale of Mount Baker TOD site

Sound Transit is selling a site next to the light rail station for Artspace to build 51 apartments.

The nonprofit group Artspace is moving ahead with plans for a transit-oriented development next to the Mount Baker light rail station in Seattle despite discovering some tricky soil issues.
