Glacier Real Estate sold to S.C. firm

SEATTLE — Greystar Management Services of Charleston, S.C., bought Glacier Real Estate Services, a Seattle property management company, for an undisclosed price, the companies announced yesterday.

Mike Simons and Joe Manca founded Glacier in 1999, and five years later Lynn Owen joined the company, which manages 32 properties and nearly 400,000 square feet of commercial space in the Northwest.
