Aegis to develop 100 senior units

    Aegis Living is hoping to start construction in late 2011 on an approximately 100-unit assisted-living community on the border of Capitol Hill and the Central District in Seattle, said Michael Derr, who does acquisitions and development for the company.

    VIA Architecture is designing the project at 2200 E. Madison St.
