Up to 40% off Olive 8 prices

SEATTLE — The firm marketing condos at Olive 8 in downtown Seattle says new prices are between 30 and 40 percent less than pre-sale prices set four years ago at the height of the market.

Prices range from $360,000 for a 650-square-foot condo on the 27th floor to nearly $2.6 million for a 2,225-square-foot penthouse, according to a sample price list released Friday by Realogics Sotheby's International Realty.
