The Seattle Times yesterday sold a large office building on its main campus for $36 million and said employees will move into part of that space and out of the newspaper’s longtime headquarters at Fairview Avenue and John Street.
The goal is to take advantage of the neighborhood’s red-hot real estate market and redevelop the Fairview and John property along with an adjacent parking lot on Denny Way.
