Broadway Market may be changing

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — What seemed at first to be the sale of Broadway Market in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood has turned out to be a recapitalization of the property, which could lead to some changes intended to update the retail and housing complex anchored by QFC.

The DJC incorrectly reported today that the property was sold, based on public records.
