LA-based Kilroy Realty pays $215M for Bellevue tower

    Key Center is Kilroy’s third acquisition on the Eastside in about eight months.

    In the region's largest deal of the year Kilroy Realty yesterday bought Key Center, a high-rise in downtown Bellevue, from Beacon Capital Partners.
