Touchstone buys Times property

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The Seattle Times Co. sold the Troy Laundry block north of its headquarters to Seattle developer Touchstone for $18.4 million.

Touchstone's A-P Hurd said the company does not have plans for the 2.5 acres between Fairview and Boren avenues north and Thomas and Harrison streets.
