Two large Capitol Hill apartment projects planned

The Stratford Co. expects to start construction of the Broadway project in early 2012.

The Stratford Co. plans to start construction of a 150- to 200-unit apartment project on Capitol Hill in early 2012. It also expects to start building a 134-unit apartment complex in that Seattle neighborhood before the end of this year, a company official said.
