Meriwether Partners, a Seattle commercial real estate company, paid $6.6 million for a Wallingford building where Walgreens has signed a long-term lease for a new store.
The bankrupt company Mastro Properties owned the three-story Wallingford Plaza on the southeast corner of Stone Way North and 45th Street. Mastro paid $6 million for the 30,600-square-foot property in 2006.
