Downtown getting a department store

  • Paul Etsekson of B&W Investment Co. wants to convert space in the Kress Building for a new department store.

    City records show a new department store is moving into the Kress Building at Third and Pike in downtown Seattle, and a source who asked not to be named says it's J.C. Penney.
