Solid Ground will build 56 units at Sand Point

By JON SILVER
Journal Staff Reporter

Solid Ground is moving ahead on plans to develop the second half of Brettler Family Place on the former Sand Point Naval Station in Seattle's Magnuson Park.

Two buildings with 56 apartments are proposed. A three-story, 37-unit building at 6950 Sand Point Way N.E. would house units for low-income singles, and a three-story, 17-unit building at 6818 62nd Ave. N.E. would provide larger units for low-income families.
