Developer proposes a parking garage under Occidental Park

Urban Visions CEO Greg Smith wants to start 200 Occidental next year. This rendering shows wind turbines on top of the mixed-use building, but they are conceptual. Mithun is working on 200 Occidental.

Developer Greg Smith said the city should consider putting a garage under Occidental Park to replace some of Pioneer Square's dwindling parking supply.
