SEATAC — An official of Local 77 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Seattle said the local will move its headquarters to SeaTac, where the union bought an office building for $4 million.
John Cunningham, the local's assistant business manager, said Local 77 ultimately will sell its current headquarters at 321 16th Ave. S. in the Central Area. The local currently works with brokers at Grubb & Ellis, and may have them market the property.
