ULI ranks Seattle as 6th best market

  • Developer Douglas Howe said Seattle's strength is being 'a talent magnet' for high-tech and creative companies.

    Seattle is the country's sixth strongest commercial real estate market, according to the Emerging Trends in Real Estate report by the Urban Land Institute and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

    The report is based on surveys of 950 real estate professionals.
