Rowley, Issaquah reach a deal on big mixed-use development

Rowley Properties plans to build housing, a hotel, office space and retail on 78 acres it owns in an area called Hyla Crossing and Rowley Center. Construction would happen over about 30 years.

Issaquah has approved an agreement that could one day result in 4.4 million square feet of mixed-use development on both sides of state Route 900 at Gilman Boulevard.
