100 units for Yesler Terrace

  • Seattle Housing Authority says the new apartments at 1105 E. Fir St. will be the first project in the redevelopment of the 30-acre site.

    Seattle Housing Authority has submitted plans to the city to build the first project in its redevelopment of the 30-acre Yesler Terrace site.

    The six-story, 100-unit apartment building will be at 1105 E. Fir St., east of Boren Ave. Sixty parking spaces are planned, and an existing building will be demolished.
