UW seeks developer to rehab building near Magnuson Park

The University of Washington is looking for a developer to renovate the historic Building 9 in Magnuson Park.

Back in the day, it was a handsome structure. And while the bones of Building 9 at the edge of Magnuson Park are still intact, it needs a lot of TLC.
