Kent apartments sell for $31.5M

KENT — Holland Partners paid $31.5 million for the Water's Edge, a 304-unit apartment complex in Kent.

Water's Edge is at 6305 S. 238th Place, and is about 92 percent occupied, said a spokesperson for Holland, one of the region's most active apartment developers.
