Omeros takes space for HQ and labs

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — BioMed Realty Trust said it signed a 15-year lease with Omeros Corp. for 64,500 square feet of lab and office space in the five-story Waterfront Research Center at 201 Elliott Ave. W.

The building will be renamed the Omeros Building.
