60-unit TOD for Rainier Valley

SEATTLE — Sound Transit and Catholic Housing Services plan to study the feasibility of a 60-unit transit-oriented development in the Rainier Valley.

It would be between light rail stations on Sound Transit property at Martin Luther King Jr. Way South and Orcas Street. Sound Transit no longer needs the property.
