A courthouse sale is set for July 27 on the Sunset Electric Building site at 1530 11th Ave.
on Capitol Hill. The city has issued a permit for a six-story multi-family building with
ground-floor retail.
This week Seattle developer Pryde + Johnson sold one prime Capitol Hill development site and faces foreclosure on another.
