Reactor design firm signs Bellevue lease
BELLEVUE — KBS Realty says that TerraPower signed a long-term lease for 16,000 square feet at KBS's Ridgewood Corporate Square in Bellevue.
TerraPower, which designs nuclear reactors, is taking the first floor of Building C at the Ridgewood campus a mile east of downtown Bellevue. The tenant is moving from a smaller space in Bellevue, KBS officials said.
