WSDOT selling 21 properties

OLYMPIA — The Washington State Department of Transportation is selling 21 surplus parcels.

The largest is 39 acres in Skagit County near the Whatcom County line. Another is on top of the Interstate 90 tunnel in Seattle. In downtown Yakima, a half acre next to Interstate 82 and state Route 24 will be sold.
