MAPLE VALLEY — Four Corners, a 127,750-square-foot shopping center in Maple Valley, sold for $41 million, records show.
Pallis Properties of Bellevue sold the Safeway-anchored property to Donahue Schriber, a private real estate investment trust headquartered in Costa Mesa, Calif. Officials of both companies were not immediately available.
