Octopus sign case may go to high court

WALLA WALLA (AP) — The state Supreme Court may decide whether a mural of a purple octopus on a Walla Walla toy store is a violation of the city's sign code or the owner's free speech right.

So far, courts have ruled in favor of the city, but Inland Octopus owner Bob Catsiff told the Union-Bulletin he'll asked Washington's high court for a review.
