Upscale developers sue Idaho county

SANDPOINT, Idaho (AP) — Developers of an upscale, fly-in housing development at the Sandpoint Airport in northern Idaho have filed a lawsuit against Bonner County contending they have not been treated fairly.

Silverwing at Sandpoint developers say county officials are backtracking on a through-the-fence access agreement and were not upfront about plans to relocate a runway.
