1903 Capitol Hill house gets a rehab, and townhouses in back

The century-old house is flanked by two mid-rise apartment buildings, one built in 1910 and the other in 1987.

Seattle architect Bradley Khouri and developer Graham Black are teaming up to save a century-old house at 122 18th Ave. E. on Capitol Hill and build three townhouses in the backyard.
