Seattle fire station sold for $712,000

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle sold the former Fire Station 38 in the Ravenna-Bryant neighborhood for $712,000, city officials announced on Friday.

The city will net more than $673,000 on the sale after commission and closing costs are paid.
