Kilroy pays $146M for two offices

SEATTLE — Kilroy Realty, one of the region's most active buyers of office properties, paid $107 million for the Fremont Lake Union Center and $39 million for the nearby Lakeview building, says a CBRE broker who worked on the deals.

Metzler North America sold the 297,250-square-foot Fremont Lake Union Center, said Kevin Shannon of CBRE. It's 99 percent leased with Adobe in more than half the park on the west side of the Fremont Bridge.
