Housing group buys Cap Hill building

SEATTLE — Capitol Hill Housing yesterday said it bought the Haines Apartments, a Capitol Hill building that provides homes for 30 low-income elderly and disabled residents.

Public records show CHH paid $3.32 million for the property at 1415 E. Olive St. The seller was a limited liability company whose managing member is Robert Sheppard of Seattle.
