Kirkland property set for foreclosure sale

A large leased property at 12321 120th Place N.E. in Kirkland that is visible from Interstate 405 is facing foreclosure.

It's the sort of opportunity that piques the interest of investors and brokers, but the receiver, Ernie Velton of JSH Properties, says don't expect anything to happen soon.
