Resmark, Greystar start apartments

By JOURNAL STAFF

REDMOND — Yesterday, Resmark Apartment Living, a division of The Resmark Cos., and Greystar said they've started construction of the 134-unit Elan Town Center, a Redmond mixed-use apartment project at 16355 Cleveland St.

The six-story project will have underground parking and nearly 7,750 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
