Admiral Safeway is sold for $31M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Records show American Realty Advisors paid Safeway just over $30.7 million for a property at 2622 California Ave. S.W. in the Admiral District of West Seattle.

Safeway developed a mixed-use project there last year. It includes a 59,000-square-foot grocery store, 20,000 square feet of commercial space, 40 residential units and parking for 227 vehicles.
