Wood Partners buys Belltown site for 298-unit apartment tower

This rendering was part of a 2011 design review packet for the tower at Third and Cedar. Third & Cedar LLC sold the property to Wood Partners, which plans to continue the project, with Hewitt and Andersen Construction Group.

Records show that on Monday Wood Partners paid $13.2 million for a Belltown site where it plans a 27-story apartment project.
