Group buys apartments in West Seattle for $2M

An entity of local investors Alan Chaffee, Edwin Spaunhurst, Michael White and John Garner bought the 28-unit Thunderbird Apartments a few blocks from the Alaska Junction in West Seattle for $2.1 million, according to public records.
