AEW, Stonebridge buy Hilton Seattle

AEW Capital Management of Boston and Stonebridge Cos. of Englewood, Colo. purchased the 237-room, 28-story Hilton Seattle, according to Chris Burdett, a senior vice president with CBRE Hotels.
