Stream Real Estate starting 70 units on Belmont Avenue

    The site is between Mercer and Republican, just west of Broadway.

    Stream Real Estate says it plans to start construction in the next 30 days on a 70-unit apartment complex at 500 Belmont Ave. E. on Capitol Hill, between Mercer and Republican streets.
