Gracorp picked to build 120 apartments at Yesler Terrace
SHA has yet to pick a master developer for the entire project, but this is the first phase of redeveloping the 30-acre public housing site.
SHA will build this affordable housing complex next year, with 100 new units east of Boren Avenue between East Fir Street and Yesler Way. Half of the units will be three-, four- and five-bedroom.
(Editor's note: An earlier version of this story incorrectly identified this rendering as the Gracorp project.)
Calgary-based Gracorp Capital Advisors Ltd. has signed on as the developer for the first phase of the Yesler Terrace project.
