Office vacancies continue to drop

  • Brokers say conditions are becoming more favorable for some speculative office development.

    Office vacancies are continuing to drop throughout the region, and the hottest spots are filling up.

    According to reports released by Cushman & Wakefield Commerce and Colliers International, space in core areas such as Seattle's central business district, South Lake Union and downtown Bellevue is tightening.
