Merlone Geier pays $175M for Haggen, TOP Food locations

The stores will remain Haggen and TOP Food stores because Haggen has store leases on each property.

A San Francisco-based company bought more than half of the Haggen and TOP Food & Drug locations in Washington for $175 million.
