SEATTLE — The long-awaited sale of the Aspira apartments has finally happened.
The 37-story, 325-unit building was sold to T-C Aspira LLC for $165 million, or approximately $509,760 per unit. The seller is Terry Avenue Apartments, LLC, a partnership formed by New York-based O'Connor Capital Partners and Urban Partners LLC, based in Los Angeles and Seattle.
