City Center Plaza sold for $375M

By JOURNAL STAFF

BELLEVUE — City Center Plaza, which is almost fully leased to Microsoft, sold for $374.7 million last week, according to county records.

The building was purchased by an entity related to Commonwealth Partners of Los Angeles, a privately held real estate firm that invests on behalf of the California Public Employees' Retirement System.
