Prologis pays $73M for 3 warehouses
SUMNER — Entities related to ProLogis, a global owner, operator and developer of industrial property, bought three warehouses in Sumner, according to property records.
The three were sold for a combined $72.75 million. The sellers are entities related to Sumner-based Investco Financial Corp., a privately held real estate investment company with offices in Seattle and Palm Desert, Calif.
