More apartments for Avalon Way

SEATTLE — An entity associated with Ebenal General in Bellingham filed plans with the city to build a seven-story apartment building at 3062 S.W. Avalon Way in West Seattle.

The proposal is for 107 units with parking for 80 vehicles underground. A duplex and a six-unit apartment building would be demolished.
